Fridge leak - Mold remediation, Structural Drying, & Encapsulation in Vail, CO

The fridge water line failed which resulted in saturated sub-floor & floor joist. After 48 hours of moisture intrusion mold began to grow. We set up proper air controls and containment's to remedy the mold & dry the structural elements. After everything dried we re-insulated, regraded the earth, laid down a thick drainage matting & a durable 20 mil liner attached and sealed to the foundation walls - all in 2 days. Looks Good!
